Georgia is one of Australia’s most experienced High Performance Psychologists. Over the past 25 years, she has consulted to a range of Olympic level sports, working with athletes, teams, coaches and leaders to create high performance strategies that lead to enhanced culture, teamwork, peak performance under pressure. Georgia works with high performers in Sport, Academia, Defence Force, Medicine and Government to maximise peak performance and maintain wellbeing under pressure.

Over the past 25 years Georgia has held the positions of Lead Psychologist for Tokyo Olympics, Lead Psychologist for the Australian Swim Team, Senior Advisor of Performance Health Services for the Qld Academy of Sport and consulted to University of Qld, Griffith University & Qld Government.

Mat's expertise is working with professional and elite athletes, coaches and teams to build effective decision making, communication and performance under pressure. His work with youth and adult athletes focuses on enhancing their performance focus and resolving wellbeing matters. Mat’s style is collaborative and conversational. He educates athletes, coaches, parents and partners on the topics of stress, performing under pressure, communication, conflict and team dynamics.
Experience
Mat has worked with multiple Australian National teams, including the U19 Australian Men's Cricket team in their 2023 series against England. Mat currently works with the Australian Paralympic Archery Squad and the Australian Deaf Basketball Team, and provides coach and athlete eduction to Qld Cricket and NRL. Mat has worked across NRL, AFL, Netball & Football (soccer) and the Performing Arts. He has been on the Mental Health Advisory Group for QRU and is a lecturer and published author in Sport Psychology.

Gabi works with teenagers and young adults to help them enhance performance and maximise wellbeing in sport, life and school. Working with athletes, coaches and teams, Gabi teaches strategies to focus on the right things at the right time. Gabi has worked across a range of sports including Volleyball, Basketball, AFL, Athletics and Rugby. Gabi has a particular interest in athlete body image and disordered eating, and helps athletes create healthy and helpful links between nutrition, performance and wellbeing.
Experience
Gabi is a Psychologist for the AFL Players Association, the Lead Performance Psychologist for Capitals Basketball Academy in Brisbane and the Lead Psychologist for the Gold Coast Academy of Sport.
Gabi has previously been the Lead Performance Psychologist for UQ Rugby and Qld Volleyball in the lead up to the Australian Youth Volleyball Cup.

Chelsea is a very experienced Sport Psychologist who works with adolescents, athletes, high-school students and performing artists. She focuses on people's wellbeing and performance in life and/or sport. Over the past 10 years, Chelsea has successfully supported teenagers and young adults to believe in themselves and create successful performance or study strategies. Chelsea has worked across several sports and the performing arts sector, and is a former Australian Swimmer.
Experience
Chelsea is a Sport Psychologist for the Swimming Australia Network. She as also been the Lead Wellbeing Psychologist for the Griffith University Musical Theatre Program and is a lecturer for Swinburne Online.
Sabrina Jeffery

Sabrina works with teenagers and young adults to help them perform at their peak when it matters. She understands that life can become a little overwhelming at times and this can impact sporting performance, life, work and study. Sabrina has experience working with high performance athletes across a range of sports including BMX, Skate, Surfing, Volleyball, AFLW and Athletics. Sabrina is a warm and friendly psychologist, who ensures that sessions are focused on finding solutions.
Experience
Sabrina is the Lead Performance Psychologist for Skate Australia and BMX Australia. She also works with Veterans to support their transition and engagement in life beyond service. Sabrina has also been the Performance Psychologist for Brisbane Strikers Football Club and the Queensland Academy of Sport Volleyball Program.
