Georgia is the founder of Sport Psychology Qld and is one of Australia’s most experienced High-Performance Psychologists. With over 25 years of expertise in high-performance environments, Georgia has shaped outcomes and strategies across Olympic-level sports, Highschool Excellence Programs and Corporate sector projects, fostering strong relationships, solutions and educational learning.
Georgia's career highlights include serving as Lead Psychologist for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and contributing to the gold medal performance outcomes of the Australian Swim Team, Australian Water Polo Team and Australian Cycling Team. Georgia now works with teams to design meaningful projects that enhance personal wellbeing and optimise high-performance.

Georgia Ridler provides Project Leadership, Consulting and Advisory roles within and beyond sport and has experience leading practical outcomes for the Australian Institute of Sport, the Australian Federal Police, Sport Integrity Australia, the Royal College of GPs, the University sector and Government sector. Gemma Harangozo

Gemma is a Sport Psychologist with over a decade of experience working with athletes, teams and the corporate sector to sustain wellbeing, leverage resilience and optimise performance. In one-to-one sessions, Gemma helps athletes, students and leaders to harness their strengths, tackle the challenges of high-pressure situations and build a more sustainable approach to high performance.
Gemma's career highlights include serving as the Squash Australia Team Psychologist for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and the Diving Australia Lead Psychologist (Qld) in preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. Gemma has also worked with athletes and teams across Water Polo Qld, Archery Aust, Netball Qld, Football Qld and the Brisbane Lions AFLW.

Mat specialises in helping elite athletes, coaches, and teams sharpen decision-making, enhance communication, and perform under pressure. With a collaborative and conversational approach, he supports youth and adult athletes to harness their strengths and overcome challenges.
Mat educates athletes, coaches, parents, and partners on stress management, high-pressure performance, communication, conflict resolution, and injury recovery. He also guides late teens and adults to adopt a healthy, performance-driven relationship with nutrition and body image.
Experience
Mat Grey's experience spans Cricket, NRL, AFL, Basketball, Netball, Rowing, Football (soccer), and the Performing Arts. He delivers coach and athlete education for QLD Cricket and the NRL and plays a leading role with the Australian Archery Squad (Paralympic) and the Australian Deaf Basketball Team. Mat has worked with multiple Australian national teams, including the U19 Australian Men’s Cricket Team and Australian Deaf Basketball Team. Mat has been on the Mental Health Advisory Group for QRU and is a lecturer and published author in Sport Psychology.

Gabi empowers teenagers and young adults to thrive in sport, school and life by strengthening their mindset and maximising their well-being. Whether it’s overcoming setbacks, building mental resilience, or fine-tuning focus, Gabi helps people take control of their performance in sport, school and life.
Gabi specialises in supporting injured athletes through the frustration and uncertainty - helping them to reset goals, stay motivated, and create a positive Injury Transition Plan with the family. Gabi also guides late teens and adults to adopt a healthy, performance-driven relationship with nutrition and body image.
Experience
Gabrielle Shore is a Performance Psychologist and currently works with the AFL Players Association building wellbeing solutions for players and their families. She is also the Lead Performance Psychologist for Brisbane Capitals Basketball Academy leading an embedded performance mindset program.
Prior to this, Gabi was the Lead Performance Psychologist for UQ Rugby and has experience working collaboratively with athletes and parents across Volleyball, Netball, Basketball, AFL, Athletics, and Rugby.

Chelsea is a highly experienced Sport Psychologist dedicated to helping adolescents, athletes, high school students, and performing artists thrive—both in their well-being and performance.
With over a decade of experience, she has guided teenagers and young adults to build self-belief, develop effective strategies, and achieve success in sport, study, and life.
As a former National Team Swimmer, Chelsea brings firsthand elite-level experience to her work and is regularly pursed by swimmers and performing artists, keen to learn how to perform under pressure.
Experience
Chelsea has also been the Lead Wellbeing Psychologist for the Griffith University Musical Theatre Program and is a lecturer for Swinburne Online. Her expertise bridges sport and the arts, empowering individuals to perform with confidence and balance.

Sabrina Jeffery

Sabrina works with teenagers and young adults to help them perform at their peak when it matters. She understands that life can become a little overwhelming at times and this can impact sporting performance, life, work and study. Sabrina has experience working with high performance athletes across a range of sports including BMX, Skate, Surfing, Volleyball, AFLW and Athletics. Sabrina is a warm and friendly psychologist, who ensures that sessions are focused on finding solutions.
Experience
Sabrina is the Lead Performance Psychologist for Skate Australia and BMX Australia. She also works with Veterans to support their transition and engagement in life beyond service. Sabrina has also been the Performance Psychologist for Brisbane Strikers Football Club and the Queensland Academy of Sport Volleyball Program.
